My home has a special and unique meaning to me. I wasn’t born like most people are, I was born in my house on the bathroom floor. Still to this day almost 19 years later, I still live in the same house that I was born in. I think what makes a house a home is the things that bring you joy. But also that home can be almost anywhere. Your home is where you spend most of your life, and there is a lot of good and bad memories that can take place.

Every home has different memories and every person has their own life going on. For me, my home is my comfort place. I love staying in my comfy bed and relaxing or going outside and sitting in the sun. My family is my home, spending time with them or my friends and making fun memories. But I have also experienced pain and heartbreak in my home like most people do. My dad left my family when I was 5 and was never a supportive dad like every little girl has dreamed of having. Even the simple things make a house a home, like cooking a meal for your family and them being appreciated gives you a warm feeling on the inside. Another good time that took place in my life was when I bought my own car, it was exciting and now have those memories from it. There are so many different chapters in my life and I am so grateful for each one and what lesson it has taught me because it makes me the person I am today and I wouldn’t change that for anything.
